Farm Visitor Questionnaire
You must review this questionnaire to confirm your booking.
The health and safety of our loved ones, friends and visitors is our top priority. We are following all recommended COVID-19 safety precautions including social distancing, small groups and face masks. Face masks are required and must be worn properly at all times.
All party members should review and answer the questions below.
1. Have you or someone you have been in close contact with been exposed to anyone that has been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days?
2. Have you experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms within the past 14 days (fever, cough, difficulty breathing, etc.)?
3. Have you or someone you have been in close contact with traveled to or from a high risk COVID-19 area within the past 14 days?
If you answered "Yes" to any of the questions, please be considerate of our other farm visitors and us and reschedule your tour for a later date.
If you answered "No" to all of these questions, please click this email link to confirm your tour booking. We look forward to meeting you on the farm.
